[kitchen fun . breakfast]五分鐘趕住出門口的懶人早餐!
材料:
士多啤梨
greek yoghurt
栗米片
cheerios
一個to-go cup
做法:
1. 可以新鮮或前一晚做好的鮮果smoothie, 份量約一杯水果兩大匙greek yoghurt
2. 放入to go cup雪凍
3. 出門口放上一堆栗米片和果味cheerios (主要係因為靚)
4. Ta-da~ 走得!又飽又靚~
